The National Fire Cadet Games 2025, proudly hosted by South Wales Fire and Rescue Service, is a three-day event that brings together Fire Cadet Units from across the UK for a programme of team-based challenges, personal development, and celebration.

This flagship event will take place in Cardiff Metropolitan University, Cyncoed Campus, offering cadets the opportunity to demonstrate their skills, teamwork, and commitment to the values of the fire and rescue service in a national setting.

The Games are designed to promote inclusion, discipline, resilience, and leadership among young people, while also strengthening partnerships between services.

Teams of 6 cadets and 2 adult instructors will compete in a series of structured activities that reflect the operational and community-focused nature of the fire and rescue service.

Alongside competition, the event will feature social elements, educational inputs, and engagement with the wider public and partner cadet organisations.
