Blaenau Gwent 999 Day
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service (SWFRS) are, in partnership with Aneurin Leisure, taking over Bryn Bach Park, Blaenau Gwent on Saturday 8 June 2024 for a BIG 999 Rescue Event, packed with exciting rescue demonstrations, competitions and activities for all the family.
Celebrating all things emergency services, SWFRS will be joined by multiple partners from across South Wales, including Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust (WAST) and Gwent Police.
This will also be a fantastic opportunity for anyone seeking safety or recruitment advice to come and engage with our specialists onsite.
The event will take place from 10am to 3pm and will see all partners showcasing and demonstrating a variety of rescue and extrication activities.
