Firefighters attended a fire in the first floor flat of a block of four flats. One male adult was rescued by firefighters from the flat which was severely damaged by fire. He suffered smoke inhalation and minor burns and was taken to hospital by ambulance. Two hose reels and one main jet were used.

Firefighters attended a fire at a semi detached residential property approximately 10m by 10m. This was a small fire in the bedroom. One hose reel jet, one thermal imaging camera and two firefighters in breathing apparatus were used to extinguish the blaze.
