In support of two admirable charities, The Firefighters Charity and Help for Heroes Firefighter, Ieaun Dobbs, Barry Fire Station, South Wales Fires and Rescue Service, will be taking part in a charity boxing event against his opponent PC Lee Harney. 

The Firefighter vs. Police charity boxing event is taking place at Oceana, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff on Saturday 12^th November, with the boxing starting at 6pm and running until approximately 9pm.

Entry into the event is £15 per person with £5 of the sale of each ticket being donated to the Help for Heroes charity.

Rod Hammerton, Assistant Chief Fire Officer, South Wales Fire and Rescue, said

“This event is sure to be great entertainment. We hope the community will come along and show their support for two worthy charities”. 

Trophies at the end of the night will be given out by the Mayor of Cardiff.
