Caerphilly Fire Station serves the busy town of Caerphilly and the surrounding villages of Llanbradach, Rudry, Machen, Nantgarw and Senghenydd.
Caerphilly Fire Station serves a varying range of industries, businesses and residential areas and also attends road traffic collisions on a number of main roads including the A470, A468 and A469. As well as the town centre shops, there is also a large retail park, a number of hospitals, several large industrial estates and an airport overhaul engineering plant, all within the Station area.
Young Firefighters group meets every Tuesday from 18.30 – 21.00 (aged 13-18 years)
Caerphilly Fire-fighters installed smoke alarms in 719 homes between 1st April 2007 to 31st March 2008 and gave Fire Safety talks to Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils in Caerphilly.

52 uniformed staff comprising 4 Watches of 7 (Red, Green, Blue, White), 23 Retained Duty System Firefighters and a Station Manager.
The original Fire Station was built in 1959; it was replaced with a new Station in 2002.
