Do you have a genuine commitment to Community Engagement? South Wales Fire & Rescue Service is looking to appoint individuals to develop effective community networks and organise targeted activities that will raise our profile as an employer of choice.
These exciting positions will sit under our Service Performance and Communications team structure, however the permanent position will initially sit in the Recruitment and Assessment team. Both teams are based at our Fire Service Headquarters in Llantrisant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:--Collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver a range of campaigns to communicate key corporate messages (e.g. recruitment, safety and business engagement messages)-Engaging and attracting a diverse workforce to the range of positions offered within our Service
Notes:--Welsh language skills are essential for this post.-This role involves frequent travel between sites throughout the South Wales area. The successful candidate must be able to travel independently and a driving licence check will be conducted. Some evening/weekend work is expected.
