Emergency Procedures 

The event emergency plan will detail what procedures to follow should an emergency situation occur at the event.

Examples of emergencies include:

  • Fire
  • Medical
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Major crowd issues
  • Suspect packages

The emergency plan will need to be agreed by the Local Authority and the Police.
